In order to process your document correctly, please make sure you follow the steps below if you need to log on to more than one account at the same time:
- Internet Explorer: Select File > New Session (Alt + F to open the File menu, or Alt + I for New Session), and you can log on from there.
- Firefox: Select File > New Private Window (Ctrl + Shift + P), and you can log on from there.
- Chrome: Select Chrome > New Incognito Window (Ctrl + Shift + N), and you can log on from there.
